WARRANT’s First Newsletter is Now Available!
December 18, 2025We are pleased to announce that Bill Karakostas from INLECOM will represent the WARRANT project at the 17th International Conference on Ambient Systems, Networks and Technologies (ANT 2026).
His paper, titled “Complex System and Process Design Validation Using Physical Prototyping and Simulation,” has been accepted as a Full Paper for the conference, which will take place from April 14–16, 2026, in the historic city of Istanbul, Türkiye.
Bridging Prototyping and Maritime Safety
The research presents a robust methodology for hazard identification by combining physical prototyping with advanced simulation techniques. These insights are directly applicable to the WARRANT dependability methodology, helping us build more resilient and secure Waterborne Digital Systems (WDS).
By validating complex system designs through these dual lenses, the project continues to advance the state-of-the-art in maritime safety and cybersecurity.
About the Conference
