Research Opportunity at Delft University of Technology within the WARRANT Project
June 12, 2026We are pleased to announce that WARRANT project was represented at Posidonia 2026 by project partner Konnecta Systems, supporting the project’s dissemination activities at one of the leading international exhibitions for the maritime industry.
The exhibition provided a valuable opportunity to present WARRANT’s work on secure, dependable, and resilient digital systems for waterborne operations to a broad maritime audience, including shipping companies, classification societies, technology providers, OEMs, and research stakeholders.
Connecting Safety, Cybersecurity and Resilience
A key part of the discussions focused on how WARRANT brings together operational, technical, safety, cybersecurity, and resilience perspectives into a common framework. This approach helps describe complex maritime digital systems in a structured way and supports a shared understanding of how risks, safeguards, operational needs, and assurance requirements are connected.
Through this work, WARRANT aims to support the development and assessment of digital solutions that are not only innovative, but also trustworthy, robust, and suitable for real-world waterborne operations.
Posidonia Events confirmed the strong industry interest in secure digitalisation, operational resilience, and reliable data-driven maritime systems.
